The program covers ground school, CPL training, airline induction training and aircraft-specific type rating.

Eligibility Criteria
- Indian citizen or OCI
- Age: 17–35 years
- Height: Minimum of 158 cm [approximately 5 ft 2 inches]
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Minimum Education Qualification should be: Higher Secondary (10+2) with a minimum score of 60% each in English, Physics and Mathematics. The requirements of the education qualification may differ on the basis of the courses opted for under the Pilot Programme.
- Valid Indian Passport.
- DGCA Class 2 Medical clearance required before starting flight training
Selection Process
- Compass Test
- Complex Control Task: Eye-Hand-Foot Coordination & the aptitude to fly an aircraft.
- Psychometric Test: Personality and psychological auditability for the job of an airline pilot.
- Personal Interview: Verbal communication skills and personality for the job of an airline pilot.
Training Process
- Ground School Training [Pre-Flying Academy]
- Commercial Pilot License and Instrument Training
- Commercial Pilot License Completion and Conversion
- Type Rating
- Completion of required training and assessments
