Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian citizen or OCI
  • Age: 18–40 years
  • 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and English
  • Written and spoken English proficiency
  • No criminal record and history of disciplinary or legal action

Selection Process

  1. Apply on Akasa Career Portal
  2. Application screening based on defined guidelines
  3. Aptitude Test
  4. Psychometric / Medical Test
  5. Interview
  6. Final Selection and Contract Signing

Training Process

  1. Ground School Training
  2. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) training
  3. Commercial Pilot Licence Completion & Conversion
  4. Type Rating Training on Boeing 737 MAX
  5. Progression toward an airline pilot/JFO role
